2、 Main features
1. This product can be operated at room temperature, with the characteristics of stable solution, less sediment, short blackening time, non decolorization of film, firm adhesion, low cost and little pollution.
2. The problems of alkaline blackening, high energy consumption, heavy pollution, low efficiency and difficult blackening of castings and forgings were successfully solved.
3、 Usage and precautions
1. Treatment process: degreasing → washing → pickling → washing → neutralizing washing → blackening → washing → sealing treatment
2. According to the different carbon content in the steel, it can be diluted by 1:3-5 and treated for 3-6min.
3. Due to the gradual consumption of traditional Chinese medicine liquid in the process of continuous treatment of workpieces, new liquid can be added appropriately. When the pH value rises to 3-4, white precipitate will be produced. At this time, the black liquid will be aged. The sediment can be removed and new liquid can be added to continue to use.
4. The newly prepared blackening liquid will not react without use. Once the workpiece has been treated, even if there is little, the bath liquid will continue to carry out catalytic reaction. Even if the treatment stops, the reaction will not stop, which will cause the waste of bath liquid. Therefore, the small batch periodic production unit should be used as needed according to the number of workpieces.
5. This product is acidic. Wear rubber gloves or polyethylene gloves during operation.
4、 Packaging, storage and transportation
The product is packed in plastic barrels, with a net weight of 25kg and a storage temperature of 0-40 ℃.
